You must have seen that at the botton of your blogger template there is a Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) link. Blogger has added it so that the bloge visitors can subscribe to your Atom feeds. However many people use RSS for their blog feeds . Moreover it occupies space at the bottom of the template and it doesn't look nice.

Many people must have tried to remove it by visiting the Edit HTML option, but they wont find theSubscribe to: Posts (Atom) part anywhere in the template. This is because it isn't written within the a href tag. However removing it is very easy.

Before you start the work, make a backup of your template as a precautionary measure. To remove it click on Layout and click on Edit HTML

Now select Expand Widget Templates. After selecting it, search for the following code in the template

<b:include name='feedLinks'/>
Once you find the code, remove it and save your template. Refresh your Blog and now the Subscribe to: Posts (Atom) link wont be there on your blog.

This is a simple guideline for beginners who wished to improve their blog traffic/hits.
It works for me when I apply the same technique onto my blog which gains a high ranking in Google Search result.
1) Tell your friends about your blog
With your friends' knowledge about your blog, they will visit your blog often because your blog is most likely about the activities happening around you. Friends will be excited if you feature them into your blog and in return, they will set up a blog and link your blog into theirs. From here, you have already set up a ring of network. Friends will then visit your site more and more often and soon you will gain popularity. As said some blogs are tools for people to express their thoughts, feelings, expressions or emotions, your friends will be very keen to visit your blog to know about your emotions. So, tell your friends about your blog now!
2) Update your blog frequently
This step is a must for every bloggers either commercial bloggers or personal bloggers. Why is it

SEO Tips

Find the Best Keywords.

It would be a waste of your time to optimize your website for keywords that are not even being searched for. Even if you do get top placement for a broad keyword that isn't what most users are looking for, Google will calculate the number of times users did not select your listing, and the number of times they returned to the search results to choose a different website. Trying to beat this calculation is futile and more often then not, just a huge waste of time and energy.
Therefore you should invest some resources into finding the best keywords; those that turn searches into purchases or leads. Buying Sponsored Ads and paying for high end design and usuability is best place to start. However, there are several SEO tools and SEO software available on the Internet to help you find the best keywords; most of which are offered by the search engines themselves and are completely free.
Here is a core principle of the Top 10 SEO Tips: When using any SEO tool for doing keyword research, start by keeping your searches ambiguous, creating categories, and drilling down to create small clusters (or silos) of keywords. The results will always return new suggestions and ideas, sometimes surprising ones that you may not have thought of. In the Sponsored Ads, these clusters become your ad groups. With your SEO, they become the directories (or taxonomy) of the content you'll want to have on your website.
Behavioral-targeting and using Long Tail Keywords are an excellent way to get higher ranking quickly forkeywords that generate sales, and will have longevity to them in the search results. Poor keyword examples would be: kindle, nike shoes, roommate new york. Here are some examples of keywords that are ideal for SEO:
·         Buy Used Amazon Kindle Online
·         Nike Shoes Kobe Mens Size 10
·         Find a Roommate in NYC
